I've watched a lot of YouTube videos and red a lot of articles on what Call of Duty 2015 will be. A handful of people want to go back in the past (Around the WWII era) but that just might not be the case. What do you guys think? Do you think it will go back in the past or even further into the future? What would you prefer?

I'd like a Black Ops 1.5 basically where you're doing some dirty work for the active president say around 1970's-1980's and it gives a better idea of the whole CIA angle.

They need to just do present. screw future or past, let's play in the moment were living in.

Well it is Treyarch who is making the next cod so they will be most likely make a continuation of the black ops timeline so yeah it will be probably be both past and future game

I would enjoy a game taking place in the past, something like WW2 (maybe even before) like WaW but with the ideas of what there is now, would be wonderful. One day.

its going to be the horrade future stuff that we all hate i want them to make either a ww2 ww1 or modern game

Also if I may add if it is Black Ops 3 they release this year it will most likely be based on David masons past/present.
1 major fact that eludes everyone mostly nobody cares about when the game is set people will still buy it because all they do is the play Multiplayer

I personally think it would be cool to go in the past or stay in the present because call of duty is starting to become Halo

I'm 100% sure that's it's going to be taking place in the future which I don't like at all, because were not even using that type of stuff now.

Considering World at War was favorite Call of Duty I would love them to go back to the past.
