Sometimes I get a similar one to that on the 360. I just back out of UT and come back on. Normally sorts the problem out, or if its still there just keep backing out and coming back on.

This happens to me all the time if you buy a pack the players will be invisible and if you go into your squad the game freezes just quit the game and reload it
