So long story short my iPhone was off for about a week and a half. When I finally turned it back on, the phone was stuck on an "iPhone disabled Connect to iTunes" screen. I had to put the phone into Recovery Mode and restore to a past backup. I know I had quite a few text messages over the past week and a half, so is there any way for me to recover them?

Unless you saved them in a backup? probably not.
