So I converted my old (but nice) 360 headset to work on the computer. It is very confusing to explain where all of these wires are so watch the video below on the x41 to PC section. But basically the volume weals on the head set and headset wireless box stopped working when I installed the optical sound while at the same time the "main" computer sound does not work and is stuck maxed out. Now when i click on mixers in the sound setting that works and the sound in app works but I now always have both on the lowest setting possible and it is still sometimes too loud.

Any help?

PS i am running windows 10 but there was not not an update when i was adding the part.
