Nails. If you have Hearthfire DLC then construct a large amount of nails while having either the warrior standing stone or the lovers standing stone, or if you have the aetherial crown you can have both and get a 35% increase towards building your skills.

Either that, or you can smith iron daggers over and over. Both ways are very easy to do and should not take you a long time either way.

Actually crafting nails is quicker then iron daggers as for nails you only need iron ingots where as daggers also need leather strips, so require more supplies to gather for the crafting instead of just hunting for a large amount of a single supply

If you are a decent level you can try go to Dwemer places and take the metal and smelt it down to ingots and make Dwemer bows
