To remove a jailbreak all you have to do is simply restore your phone to a new update or to factory settings, depending on how up to date your phone is, and then sync with your latest backup (this process may happen automatically if i remember correctly).

All you need to do to remove your jailbreak is to plug your device up to your computer and restore the device or update it. Either will kill the jailbreak. If you run into any errors with restoring/updating then put your device into DFU mode and that should fix it and allow you to restore/update (Google or PM me if you need help)

*Make sure that your device is backed up before you go about updating or restoring in case anything goes wrong so that you do not lose your stuff.
