My brother is 15, he uses oh is bank card on our parents PayPal. He buys things on steam, and orders things to the house. You should be fine, I bought stuff online without permission when I was 15, you should be fine. I would recommend that you tell your carer that you are starting to purchase things online.

bro you'll be fine im always buying this (im 15 and 14 when i started) and it all work most of the time just make sure you remember you pin and password and if you forgot them you will prob need to ring them as they will think that someone ist trying to use you bank card (fraud)

I also have a paypal and i'm 16, set it up when i was 15. It's linked to me email and i just get it topped up by my dad sending money to it and then i pay him for it.

When I was like 14 I had a debit card and I could use that online? Don't know if you still can though!

To get money put into your paypal you'd need to get your parent or legal guardian to add the money and just pay them back in cash that's how I do it with my Mom and i'm 14.

No you just put in a fake birthdate and keep everything else the same. You need to be 18 to put money on it yourself since you'd need to setup a bank account or debit/credit card of some sort.
