Whats the best 800-1200 dollar PC ? I wanna have at least 8 or 16 GIG of RAM and a keyboard and mouse. Most likely a razor for both.

"the best" depends on what you're going to use the rig for. Will you overclock? What is the system going to be used for(editing/gaming etc)? Do you need a monitor?

I'd get this if you can manage 50 over due to you wanting a keyboard. But you really won't use 16gb unless you do a lot of multi tasking, but if you need it just fork out the extra 68 for another set of that ram.

If you don't need the CD/DVD writer you can take another $15 off the price.

Also, with the money to spare you can buy your keyboard/mouse. I wouldn't recommend Razer, but if that's what you want, by all means, go for it.

That PSU is literally shit, who knows it might blow up if he puts that in his pc.

Why a 212 evo? He'd be better off spending an extra 50 or so for the enermax closed water loop cooler, you could easily fit in a 2tb wd green. Also why go for the msi 970? The asus strix is 328.

You're both jumping the gun. We need to know what OP is going to use the rig for first, and whether or not he'll overclock. Also need to know if he needs a monitor within budget.

Since OP is watching the thread but not replying and I'm falling asleep here;

If you don't need a monitor and are going to overclock. This is of course assuming the rig is for gaming. If OP could clarify, that'd be great, I can edit the rig accordingly.
