Pretty neat record, and good achievements, he has good experiance, however id reccomened getting him interclubs ( a fairly good spar with people from other gyms ) for more experiance, and remember to let him know, all of his butterflys and nervous thoughts go as soon as hes in the ring, and always think positive before a fight, and try and plan some nice combos he could do in the fight for different situations, e.g if hes defending, and getting hit, try a UpperCut, Hook, Cross combo, it works everytime for me!

And if hes fighting 3 rounds x3 minutes, always train as if your fighting 3 rounds x 6 minutes, it helps your fitness hugely and you'll more then likely last the majority of the fight fitness wise.
