you can only get 4 informs all year. the toty is always the highest rated card that is released for the player all year, and he cant get another inform now, his current is 96 and his TOTS will be 97 so he cant get another IF.

I think they may be forced to alter their system if he goes and scores five in a game or something like that.

they can't really do that, i mean they could make a card thats 96 again thats like a special card with better stats and just left it a 96

They can do that. It's their game so hypothetically, they can.

Chances are though, they'll stick to their system and either not inform him or give him a special card.

still wont, while he is in packs he will go for less than that, i can almost guarantee
