I have never really felt the computer get hot the only thing i think that could cause this if its the cpu or gpu is i do render alot of videos and stuff

I mean obviously sound isnt associated with htose things, but if the pc is crashing it could be those components. Personally maybe it just cant keep up. Hence the CPU going out. Or, maybe you just have a virus using up CPU power.

i have ran windows defender to check for viruses and nothing came up the warranty is still good should i send it to get fixed?
