My download speed has only ever averaged about 3 mbps. . Today it dropped to 0.14

I've tried forwarding ports, resetting router unplugging for 30 seconds- no luck

ive always been able to forward my ports and fix the problem not this time.. is this my service provider or router?

Current broadband:SKY Unlimited
Current router: Sagemcom

Help me please

Are you wired or not wired? And how many people use your internet? Do you have lots of wireless stuff at in your house near the router?

Call your ISP and do not try to take matters in your own hands just incase you end up making it worse.

With multiple devices on at once, your speed goes down.
So try to take everything off the internet besides the one device you are currently using.

Actually plug in your Modem?

but for real, its possible your router is outdated or maybe you've been consuming large amounts of Bandwidth which tends to make your internet slower. I suggest calling your ISP.
