Just kidding, looks to be a spherical chair of some sort. Did you find it on Google Images?
If not just drop that picture in the "drop image link here" area in Images and it should bring up
all related items and you could find the website that has what you're looking for.

I'm pretty sure they're called ball chairs, at least that what I call them and you could probably pick one up at IKEA or somewhere similar.
