Are there any glitches to apply a specific colour to vehicles that can't be resprayed, such as the Rumpo -- especially the Weazel News Rumpo? This van can indeed be brought into Los Santos Customs for explosives, trackers and insurance, but not for resprays.

I would like one in Ultra Blue, but it doesn't exist when spawning, since the colours are a range of grey shades, black, white and red.
