Hey Guys/Girls, I need an anime that is action packed yet a bit of harem, now for the twist. I'd rather the anime character to choose a girl, not sit and flirt with them all. And maybe one were the character has the balls to actually kiss the one he has chosen? I've seen the following and liked them.
Demon King Daimaou
Canpione
Rosario+Vampire
Highschool DxD
Highschool of the dead
The devil is a part timer
And many more, those are the ones I favoured the most.

Here are some that you might like
Aoi Sekai no Chuushin de - only 3 episodes but it's pretty cool.
Asobi ni Iku yo! - Cat girls, Must I say more?
C3 - Finds a naked girl in his kitchen 10/10 Best opening.
Chobits - It may be old, but it is one of my favorite romance anime.
Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai. - A lot like DxD.
DearS - Similar to Chobits as it is an Ecchi, Romance type.
Elfen Lied - A lot like HOTD, quite bloody.
Freezing + Freezing Vibrations - If you like the first season the you will love the second.
Girls Bravo - A lot like DearS, Comedy, ecchi, romance.
Hagure Yuusha no Estetica - Show has one of the best MC's
Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo? - Main characters are summoned to a world to help overthrow the "Devil King"
Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari - Episodes are 45 Minutes long, but I really enjoyed this show.
Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi - Cute little Romance show
Kanokon - Fox girl is ALL over the MC.
Kill la Kill - Really great show, I highly suggest you give it a try.
Ladies versus Butlers! - Fun show to watch, it has its fair share of laughs too.
Machine-Doll wa Kizutsukanai - Yaya is 100% devoted to her beloved Raishin, and she always wants to sleep in her masters bed.
Madan no Ou to Vanadis - Just finished airing, Cool MC, nice set of characters.
Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! - A lot like IS. I love Momoyo <3 She is amazing, and powerful.
Sekirei - Guy meets girl, She picks him to be her "Ashikabi". Guy is now involved in a game where he goes on to "collect" more "Sekirei".
MM! - Taro is a heavy Masochist. Mio is a big Sadist.
Nourin - Really funny show, Beckky is too funny.
Onii-chan Dakedo Ai Sae Areba Kankeinai yo ne! - Incest + a bunch of hot girls in the same house = GG
Princess Lover! - At Shuuhou Gakuen, a high school only for wealthy students, Teppei's new life as a celebrity starts.
Rail Wars! - I swear this show is about trains... yeah... "trains"...
Seikoku no Dragonar - Ash blake summons a Dragon, and she is just a girl?
Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance - Similar to IS, where male has the same power that only females should have.

Ok so special thanks to Rias for starters.. Now, there comes a point in time were your favourite anime ends
We'll thus knowing, I'd like an anime with a few seasons or length to each episode? Normally an episode varies from 20-25minutes, and the seasons vary from 1-2. If it's possible can any one find me an anime that is quite longer, or would take some time to finish? I'm kind of a sucker when it comes to the romance animes but if you can't find any that is time consuming that are romance than I'm ok with an adventure/action packed.. I've seen
Hunter x Hunter. And liked it, but not really my taste. If there's an anime that you know of that includes both genres I included, by all means fill me in!

Omamori Himari was a good watch, had some good fights in it too.
