Going to have to go with SA.
Its cheats were the best, its story was pretty good, and its activities were all fun.
Oh the good ol days of flying a tank at 6 stars, too bad we don't see cheats like this anymore, and they have to be mods.

I remember first playing San Andreas when I was 9

I had an older brother who used to play it with me. Funny thing is I wouldn't go round killing people I would actually save money to get houses and drive like a normal person. Until my bro used up all my cash

My favourite now is probably next gen GTA! It is amazing!
