Possibly a virus if your having trouble downloading unless it's your internet provider having issues. I'd try either contacting Microsoft or Apple based on your computer and call your internet provider to troubleshoot problems yourself.

McAfee isn't the best thing to run when it comes that. It gets in the way of many programs being able to do what they need to because it flags them as a virus when it really isn't. Uninstall all antivirus, update and run a scan in Windows Defender, reset your router, also release and renew your IP config, and flush your DNS (tuts on these can be found around the interwebz) and then if all else fails, contact your ISP and tell them, and they will trouble shoot along side you
