I decided to make this since certain users are making ridiculous threads in hope that the real threads will stay on the front page of this forum longer so all the issues can be solved.
Comment anything else i should add or any suggestions.

What console is the best to get?
The best consoles to buy is either a Jasper or Trinity because they seem to have the best boot times and are very unlikely to get RROD.
Where should I buy my modded console?
If you get TTG gold there are trusted sellers you can buy from here. I got my Jasper RGH from ebay however. If you need help finding a seller pm me.
What is Xbox Neighborhood and where can I get it?
Neighborhood is actually just one of many programs included in the xbox 360 software development kit. Many people cant find were to download it and that is because its considered pirated. You can find the download if you search enough. The download should be a torrent.
What should my Plugins be in dashlaunch?
Here is the link to an ini file (put it on the root of your hdd) and plugins (put on root of your hdd).I believe that this is the right download. If not your plugins hould be

My xbox is not booting up properly or at all.
1)download clean launch.ini and put it on usb. Then put usb in xbox and boot it.
2)If that doesnt work, power your xbox by using the eject button to boot up xell.

1)Search XBLSE in google and click on the first website.
2) Go to the Pricing tab.
3) Click "Free-Download"
4) Take the file you just downloaded and put it on the root of your hdd
5) Go into dashlaunch and set it as plugin 1
6) Make sure the console is connected to the internet.
7) Disable liveblock, Livestrong,and xhttp

How do I use FTP?
You must download a FTP program. I highly suggest you use WinSCP because I believe Filezilla gave me a virus. In WinSCP,cset the following settings:
File protocol>FTP
Hostname>Your IP (found in bottom left corner of FSD)
Encryption>No encryption
Port Number>21
Username>Xbox
Password>Xbox
Then you hit connect. You must be on FSD home to use the FTP though.

First off...the Plugins you have are messed up
Plugin 1: XBLStealth.xex //stealth server
Plugin 2: xbdm.xex //connection to Neighborhood
Plugin 3: JRPC2.xex //backwards compatible with JRPC.xex programs and has antikv stealer
Plugin 4: XRPC.xex //connection to PC tools
Plugin 5: RawFileManager.xex //not needed but is handy for GSC menus

Thats almost exactly what I have. Also Ive been seeing people asking questions that I have clearly answered here
