To be honest, for the quality anyways... not the price
I would say they are both VERY good buys compared to each other. They are both pretty similar and only what... $20 apart ?

The MSI one has dedicated graphics, the Asus one does not. The MSI laptop will be slightly better, but neither of them are good per se.
