So I got a new phone for Christmas and I downloaded Facebook of course. Only to realize I don't know my password. I log in to my email on yahoo and it tells me I need a confirmation code sent to a phone that does not exist anymore. I see no alternative so I need help if anyone knows anything.

I don't think there is anyway to change your number without having access to your email account.
