Just use the latest version of Horizon if you plan on copying it to your Xbox.
Have a Xbox formatted usb or Hdd plugged into your Laptop \ Pc.
Just drag the 44 Kb file and it will copy the rest of the files and folders.

i have a wormys mod manager v2 made by and sent by isosickle and i install it %100 fine but the moment i click play gta iv no matter if i have a save or no save signed in or out clear system cache my whole xbox freezes on a black screen 1 sec of clicking play gta iv how can i fix this? not even the first bit loads up (all the white text) when you load any game you get black screen first 2 secs of clicking play game thats when it freezes no matter what. but i did notice that the region code (0x000000 thing) whatever for europe pal it greens pal in abgx360 and says rest of europe but the offset for region code (0x000000 thing) isnt the same as any other region code for eg uk (for me)
is 0x00ffd800
but the region code is different for eg 0x00df5800
what file in the disc game makes it a pal or ntsc im guessing xex but aint sure
how do i change the region code for my region

this is my consoles region code 00FE0000
but the region code of the game is 0x00fffD70 and pal in green also under it says in white ntsc/j (excludes china)

3. Game data was intentionally modified for some reason. Microsoft does not
take kindly to modifications for any purpose, and even benign changes to game
data or settings will get you banned from Xbox Live!

4. The verified Game CRC in the database is wrong (very unlikely).

no i bought the disc from someone on youtube called isosickle who is legit and has his own shop but it was shipped by his personal friend to help orders in europe called MrMw209.

the only error is that i think is the xex ss dmi and stuff isnt compatible so if you have a gta iv original (not episodes from liberty city) xex that pal uk can you send me link or the one and only error i get in abgx360 is the one with 4 steps about game crc isnt compatible with verified .ini (the game is modded so i dont know if thats why).

can you link me to the xex thats pure pal no others or region free preferbly uk pal only
