It seems everytime I do good in a ranked match, some feeder has to ruin it. Or my team as a whole throws the game. I'm trying to get to gold. And I just keep going down and down. I was at Silver 2, now I am at Silver 5. Any tips? I've also noticed a lot of 'smurfs' around my ELO as well.

No such thing as 'elo hell'.
If you are loosing games and playing well, your still doing something wrong, e.g if your bot are doing bad you need to roam. Or even something as simple as mentally encouraging them, im plat 4 now and this is the kind of mind set you will need

Skill-capped is a great website that will guide you to climbing the ladder. this is not guaranteed, its really how you learn from it. you can learn alot of great things.

6.99/month other things you can do is watch some challenger players teach you the game.

Just always remember that you cannot win every single game you're in :p Sometimes giving suggestions to your teammates result in all hell breaking loose lol >_>
