For the past week or so I've been having weird dreams, I remember having these dreams when I was a bit younger too. I don't lucid dream btw. These dreams are weird for me because I remember them very clearly after I wake up, and sometimes during them I'll be able to control what I'm doing, but I don't lucid dream this is what I'm confused about. Like the other day, I was dreaming, and then I remember a man chasing me at night, I was running but I kept falling, my legs were really weak, I could barely stand. I also had a dream that my class went on a trip rock climbing and I remember climbing onto of the highest rock, and then I didn't know how to get down, so I just jumped, and right before I hit the ground, I woke up. In some dreams, it's not as easy to wake up, like I'll be dreaming and then I'll try to wake up, and I do, but its in a different dream. It's hard to explain but it's the truth. I asked my friends if they got dreams like this, and they said they cant even remember what they dream about. Is this normal for other people? Am I lucid dreaming without any knowledge of it?

That is lucid dreaming, I have tried to do it before and failed over-and-over, however, you may have just completed it. But it looks like you kind-of made the choice to watch and let the dream takeover. Have fun with those, they seem real, and if you master lucid dreaming you can do them, with good practice, dream whatever you want when you sleep.
