Does this also unlock everything like car upgrades, or is it just money and levels? Either way i'm interested but i'm on the Xbox One

I am wondering at the process of getting the money and unlocks for xboxone single player only, if you have the ability to create cheats of any kind for the xboxone where you can still save your game like using the trainers on a modded console. If so, I will be a LOYAL customer; tbh not being able to use cheats kept me from buying an xbox one sooner. As for GTAV and some other games, I prefer playing single player, but some FPS games like BF4, I play online. I am hoping you know a way to help me out when it comes to XboxOne games. I am expecting my xbox one friday or monday at the latest. Please PM me soon, I care not for whatever ranks are, I just want max money and guns unlocked for all characters in GTAV..
