So I recently got a universal keyboard for my ipad but when i go to send a message (imessage) i have to touch the screen and hit enter instead of pressing the enter key on my keyboard. The enter key on my keyboard just goes down a line. Any idea how I can fix this or find a shortcut to help fix this problem.

I found a solution for you by searching around on Google for a while.

On you iPad. Go into "Settings" then navigate to "General", go to "Keyboard" option. Select the "International Keyboards" option and change your "Hardware Keyboard layout" from "U.S." to "U.S.International-PC". Your RETURN/ENTER Key will now send messages on you messaging Apps.

I hope that works for you.

I tried this method and it wouldnt work, I read farther on about the iOS and why it wont send and it's becauase "Enter" is programmed as a return button. There is no way of fixing this issue unless you Jailbreak your device and download an app off Cydia called "Keyboard Helper" which reprograms the OS.

Thanks for your input anyhow
