I got this error saying i need to sign in to PSN to use the online features , i am signed in and cannot connect to ea's servers consistantly. any help?

Sony network is currently offline because a group called "Lizard Squad" decided it would be fun to hack sony and microsoft and shut down there online gaming server. I hope santa brought them coal
