when i join a game on call of duty AW it lets me play for about 3/4 ov the game then lags me out and disconnects me pls help!

Does it freeze when you finish a match? At least some of the times? Whenever I would finish a match of Search and Destroy it would freeze when I got placed into the Intermission menu.
