yo guys i was going to reply to another guys post but when i tried posting it, it told me that it was locked. So i'm just going to post it here and i hope that it helps someone that's trying to lose weight just like how i was trying to do under a year ago.

p.s. this is all my knowledge and my plans that I MADE. This is what worked for me at the age of 15 years old.

My post:
Hey dude, i was in your position too man and i'll tell you what happened. So last year (i was 15 turning 16 years old) i was eating really really badly and i weighed 215lbs. This is when i started working out and dieting. I lost 45lbs in 7-8 months of hard work. This is how i did it and i advise you to try and follow the advice im giving you right now.

Diet (Easy and very straight forward to follow):
-Eliminate all sugars, carbs and fats from your everyday meals

-Eliminate any energy drinks, soft drinks, coffee, etc. (Try to only drink water)

-Don't eat after 7-8pm so your body could fully digest everything before you go to sleep

-For meals, vegetables are the absolute best thing you could have. Thus try to eat them as much as possible and try to make them one of the foods you eat throughout the day regularly.

The "Working Out" Part:
-If you don't have any cardio machines where you could walk/run, go outside everyday (at least 6-7 times a week) and walk for 45mins - 1hr or run/jog for 20mins-30mins.

Follow everything i told you and you'll see the weight drop like crazy dude. Just by following the diet i just gave you, you'll already start seeing results. You're going to feel a lot better and look a lot better too.
