RAM is RAM. Difference in speeds, timings and brands etc will be absolutely minimal, if anything. Just get whatever looks nice enough for you and is a decent price. As for the build, change the PSU and CPU if you can. I'd swap the i3 for a G3258 and get a better PSU since it is quite literally the heart of your PC.
