Don't think about sleep
Never lay down
Drink water only
Have little breaks and walk around for 5 minutes every hour
Eat a lot of food, not junk food

My biggest weaknesses when trying to stay up is avoiding laying down, staying hydrated with water and keeping a light on. Those are my biggest keys!

1-Dont lay down
2-Drink water
3-Step outside (if you can) for fresh air, this also gives you a break
4-Watch tv or play games to occupy, keep the lights on so you dont strain your eyes
5-Dont think about being sleepy
6-Take a room temp shower. (Not to cold not to hot, if you can)

Bit late but try to avoid sleepless nights,

Doing too much can give you problems,

Like myself, I got Insomnia because as a kid I stayed up so many nights playing games and now I'm living with the consiquence and it affects me pretty harshly (Work).

But if you do really want to, then do 2 things that helped me,

1 - Get up and walk/do exercise, I think you can see why this helps

2 - Always take like a 30 minute nap, it won't kill you to get a little sleep and it will make you more refreshed to game, your reflexes and co-ordination will be better
