I recently started a 3rd character and was wondering what the quickest way to 20 is I have two other characters by the way and Id like it to be with this patch

From what I've been told, most enemies are worth the same amount of XP regardless of difficulty. Go to the loot cave where they have the remains you can disturb and kill EVERYTHING on your left right and mid. After about 15 minutes you'll get a big wave of majors and ultras.
