It says to get royalty you need 6 guns diamond. Now the AE4 is out, can you get this diamond rather than the Mk14 as it seems easier? If anyone has done this please let me know!

Pretty sure you need to get diamond for every gun in that weapon class. I was lucky enough to get Royalty before the AE4 came out.

I have it and it still only says 6
