What I'm more surprised with, is that team didn't vote kick him off. Not even his teammates wanted him there, as they TK'ed him once (maybe more on the T side) and attempted to TK him when he was defusing the bomb, so I'm rather surprised he wasn't vote kicked out of that game.

He had a friend in game so we could'nt kick him.

It's not fun at all to use hacks, but if the enemy team tryhard to win, it helps you to counter them.
