Copy them over using Windows Explorer then change the directory in Steam...

It's that easy, if you need help. Google it.

Just make a new directory in downloads in steam options

Mine is located in
D:\Games\Steam

Move the game folders from the Program files to this directory
D:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\GAMES HERE

If the game does not load just delete the games content via steam and install it and select the new location, steam will see the game data so it will not need to download it again.
