Slacktivism isn't fixing anything.

Miss wrote I wasn't calling it unjust (even though it is), all I was doing was calling the US government out on it's hypocrisy.

Yes, and you've also justified the attacks on Pearl Harbor just the other day.
The pattern of anti-American comments is what led to my suggestion.
I politely disagree about the whole "Slacktivism doesn't fix anything" Comment, While it doesn't fix anything directly it can influence and promote the fact that something needs changing to people who have the means to change it. We saw this with the pink equality avatars earlier last year that promoted equal rights to Homosexual citizens.

Nobody on an internet forum has the means to change the problem at hand.
It's also pretty safe to say that nobody on an internet forum has any sway in politics period.

The acceptance of equal rights is a bit different than what we're talking about here.

True. I should have further clarified that I was in defence of slacktivism doesn't fix anything rather it seeming like it would fix this particular problem.

Not anti-American. I love my country. I just despise the government.

GT-R wrote The real problem is that so many people talk about how the things the government is doing are unjust yet, none of them are taking the stand to stop them. Sitting around doing nothing just talking about how bad things are will do absolutely nothing to change the government. Actions speak louder than words.
agreed you are 100 percent right my friend
