How much would it cost to make this pc run Cod Advanced Warefare

Not worth it, throw it out and build a new one from scratch. Your CPU is 10 years old. 2GB RAM is nowhere near enough. Most likely a pre-built so case and PSU will need an upgrade.

if you were to make that a gaming pc you would need to scrap everything, so no you cant. Build a new one
