In my opinion yes you did. For 9k you could of bought a better/newer car.

Considering the KBB for that car in Excellent condition with really low miles is $2,500. I think you over payed. You gotta a little more research when buying a car.
You could of got a 02-04 WRX for 9k. Sorry man.

Yeah that's a little too much bud. I brought my 2006 ford taurus for 2000 in perfect condition with like 95k miles on it

Whoa! You overpaid by alot, even with a "nice 12 inch sub in the back and new radio". Like SharpEye said you have to do some research before buying a car. Just for fun I did a little research myself. In less then a couple minutes I found 13+ pages of Ford Taurus for alot less then 9k. I know none of these cars are near you, so it wouldn't be ideal to buy, but you get the point.

Yeah man you got hosed. Solid car but not worth anywhere near 9k. The sub and radio don't add much value to the car at all.
