I was wondering if I could swap An old unbanned kv from a trinity console to my banned jtag they're both type 2 so ?

Yeah if both the consoles you have are jtags then yes. Just go into XeX menu and pull the kv.bin file off the unbanned one and move it to the banned one.

Both of the consoles would have to be jtagged to pull the unbanned kv off of it though.
