My PC specs are as follows
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2390T CPU 2.70 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
Graphics card: AMD RADEON HD 7850 2 GB

I'm plan to spend some money on black friday and get new parts for my PC to be more updated to play games like Assassin's Creed Unity. So any ideas?

That's all I need? Just two parts to run games like that smoothly?

We couldn't possibly know. We need to know your other specs. Your RAM will be fine, HDD too probably. CPU is out-dated and it's a dual core, so could do with an upgrade to a Haswell i5. The HD 7850 is a good card, it performs about on par with the R7 265 so yur GPU is a good, lower end card for gaming on mid settings. You could upgrade GPU if you wish. A PSU upgrade may be required, tell us what your current PSU is. You could also add an SSD if you wish.
