I am unsure if I have posted this before or not...
I can't connect my Xbox One to XBL when I use a Ethernet cable...
I have now tried this with 3 completely different internet providers and using different cables.
The error I receive is something to do with "DNS is not sesolving Xbox server names"
I have no clue what to do as I have followed every step MS has told me to do other then sending my console off!
If any one knows how to fix this, please, pleas help!

it could be your firewall. Mine did that at first but as soon as i opened the correct ports, it worked.

A Firewall is A PC Related Thing Has No Affect On Consoles! Its Most Likely A Conflict Between Your Xbox One & Your PC Plug Your Xbox One Directly Into The Modem. See If That Works!
It's Most Likly Your Router Isnt Made For Such A High Strain Use Of Internet Ive Had This Issues Before I Had To Buy A New Router That Is Compatible With Consoles.

I do plug it directly into the router. I have tried with other routers as well but it still doesn't work.
It used to work when the console originally came out but in the past two months I have had this issue...

A firewall is not just for PCs only. Routers and modems also have them. Go to your router or modem settings and go to its firewall to open the port.

It may be caused by a problem with the IP and/or alternate mac address set on the Xbox One. I had the same problem, but I fixed it by factory resetting my router and switching the settings to automatically obtain my IP on my Xbox.

Yeah, that's what Microsoft support told me! I tied ringing my ISP to ask them to do this but they were useless idiots...

Okay, I've think I have hopefully found the solution!
The steps I took;
Wire the Xbox One,
Go to settings,
Network,
Advanced Settings,
(On the right you will see your IP address, Subnet, Gateway and DNS, write all of these down),
IP settings> Manual - (Type in what you wrote down but on the last diget make it a number that is round up to 10) IE: 198.162.2.6 - 198.162.2.60
Then repeat this step with DNS Settings
After you have saved that, go to Alternate MAC address
Clear, Restart
Then when your xbox is off plug another Cable from your Router/Modem to your PC
When your Xbox then comes back on again remove the wire from your PC.
This worked for me and solved my NAT type issues.
