So I bought the black ops map packs and then my account get suspended don't no what for, I'm wondering if I can play them on a new account with a 14 day trial on it on the same xbox?

No you cannot. You have to wait till the account is unsuspended

Yes you can if you bought them on the same xbox, you have the licenses.

If they have finished downloading, then yes, because you have one license on the account that bought it, and another license on the console which you bought it on.
