I dont think you can transfer it, but there is no need, because character money is shared on next-gen atleast.

If you really need more than $2 million at a time, simply get the money as it is shared, spend the money on your MAIN character, then proceed to delete your spare character you just made AFTER spending the money, then repeat. Get more, spend more.
