Photoshop Cs5 is what I use. Then when downloaded, you can search for sig tutorials. Watch it, then create your own .

Just a few tips:
- Try to use colors that aren't so close to each other in the spectrum. It makes the signature look very monotone. This ruins a lot of signatures with potential
-Another thing, make them a little bigger. You make it harder on yourself to establish any sort of depth when you have very little space.
-Lastly,carefully pick fonts and I couldn't stress this enough. Text, like color choice, can make or break a signature.
Just some hopefully helpful tips (:
