Swap out that noisy HDD for a 1TB green and you have a silent build.

he didnt say the peripherals have to be 50 he said his budget is 1000 so he can get a better monitor.

You won't be able to hear it in that case regardless my friend purchased one the sound proofing foam is god like but good idea op could do that if he wished

i just want a pc that can run games at the best settings with great fps i dont care if it looks nice or if its quiet or not aslong as i can run games with great fps and it lasts a few years im fine with that
