Can I get a twitch banner with this image?

If possible can you brush the bg with a sunray brush and set it to soft/light or overlay which every looks the most transparent.

Can you put some kinda of nice text,one with a stroke the main text "Silphonicaaa" and my gamertage undrneath in smaller "bustinballsdeep"
