budget is kinda low, around $250. i need it to be able to watch videos/live streams in hd and play some simple pc games like minecraft, runescape, LoL etc. also id like to be able to do these things at the same time without lagging( my comp cant play runescape and watch yt vids at the same time). thanks in advance.

i dont mean to bump, but i just read the guidelines for making a request, i dont need a mouse, keyboard, or monitor. However i would like to be able to have a duel monitor set up and i know nothing about pcs so idk if thats needed information.

It's $25 over but your budget is incredibly tight and I even manage to fit a Z97 chipset board in there. If you must be at $250, get a B85 chipset motherboard. Though, you'll want to OC the G3258, especially with no dedicated GPU. Add a GPU when you have more money, then add 4GB RAM, upgrade PSU and add an SSD. Then, lastly, you can focus on a CPU and case upgrade, though the S210 is a nice case, especially for its price. The PSU I included isn't great, but for your budget, it's the best you'll get.
