Just wondering if there is a way to get a picture back off twitter that was delete?
Was uploaded from laptop but someomes deleted it
Sectemetal value on the picture so actually gutted that its gone
Its not in my trash can or pictures on my laptop

As far as i know, unless you have another copy of the photo, or it has been downloaded by an external source there is no way to recover deleted photo's. However you could attempt to run a file recovery program such as Recuva if the sentimental photo has been recently deleted, that may be a viable option to get it back if that is the case.
