Whenever i try and click on Steam, it says connecting to account then nothing happens. Nothing pops up on my screen or anything. I tried uninstalling and same problem. When i go to task manager and processes i see a process that is like this

I can't end it or anything. I have no idea if that has to do with steam, any ideas
