i just purchased the xbox 360 digital copy, how do i upgrade it to the xbox one. Do i have to wait for the download to finish before i can do that? i looked up Advanced Warfare on the marketplace and it just says unavailable.

That's because it's still Day Zero. The game doesn't officially come out until tomorrow.
