I was told you can buy the day zero addition on the dashboard for midning release and it is now 1 am EST and it still isn't availble on the dashbord. When will it release. And if i get
it on 360 and upgrade to xbox one do i get both versions or lose one?!? please help?!?!?

It was released on the 360 dashboard in Europe as seen Here
But as far as US goes I haven't seen it yet personally but it has shown up on the Xbox One dashboard which is a bit interesting. As for your question about upgrades you keep it on both consoles and you don't lose it on the 360 when you upgrade. It's like buying two games but for the price of one.
